ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! The costumer service was so unbelievably awful. After a very long day of driving we had decided to stop in Fargo for the night after we found a pretty good deal on a hotel room. We walked into the lobby and waited 15 minutes for someone to even come to the front desk, there was no bell or notification service of any kind. After the woman with short, red hair greeted us with a nasty "Are you trying to stay here?" We said yes we had made a reservation online and she scoffed and said I'm busy I'll help you in a minute. After about 10 minutes and watching her do want seemed like folding laundry she came over and very rudely said do you have a reservation to which we replied yes (we had stated this previously). She then asked if we were 21 which we found very strange and backed it up with we can't give a room to someone who is under 21. At this point we just walked away and stayed in a neighboring town. We later looked at the website and it stated you must be 20 to book a room (which we both are). Regardless of the 21 and older policy she handled the whole situation extremely poorly, being unnecessarily nasty and rude. I have never experience anything like this.

Worst hotel ever stayed in for 20 years probably. It was out of date broken dirty and I forgot it was near the landfill so when we arrived it smelled so bad outside. I booked it based on the price which was very good. And it did accommodate us for the night. However I don't know if it was worth the savings
I stayed a few nights. During my stay a woman with short red hair was walking around the hotel barefoot and this was around 12:30 am. There was a sign that states that ALL GUESTS MUST WEAR SHOES IN THE BREAKFAST AND LOBBY AREA so my question is does that also apply for employees? I think it was kind of gross seeing her without shoes it does not look professional. I don't think I will ever stay here again.
YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF! Do not go here. I booked online for a cheap price. When the credit card statement came, they charged an extra $50, which almost doubled my cost to stay there. I inquired about why this extra charge happened and they will not reply to me anymore. No professionalism, and absolutely no customer service.
