Nice clean room. Friendly staff. Much better than average pool room for a hotel! And the hottest hot tub I've ever been in! Loved it!!
We asked for ground floor when we made our reservation a month ago. Being my husband is 90 yrs old and can't climb stairs well that's the reason for needing ground floor. When making the reservation the lady said oh yes ground floor no problem and I said even if we get here at 7 pm she said oh yes fine. We get here at 6:30 and no ground floor for us she never did her job and wrote it down. I suggest you do a better job training. Carpet is beyond dirty. Can't wait to see how the rest of the stay is.
Stayed for business travel. Room was fairly clean. Some crusties in the corners and around the edges. Bed was good. Bathroom was good. Something outside the window made a thumping sound every time the wind blew. Hallways were dirty. Stairs creek when you walk.
I was traveling with my three children and the staff made check in so easy. Friendly and helpful, pool was perfect for my boys ages 3-9. We will definitely stay here again!
Went to a pool party there. Had a nice kiddy pool for smaller children. A nice size pool with a water slide to it and a nice size hot tub. They also had an attached bathroom to it that contained a shower top rinse off. Overall good pool area.
