Location is pretty good also close to the mall, movie theater etc.
BASICALLY, I have lived in the slums of Nashville TN and had BETTER treatment service and hospitality than i have gotten from this office. it was my first apartment in Fargo, i only rented there because i moved to the area at a bad time(competing with college kids for housing) and i was starting my job 2 days after moving in. I will NEVER move back to that area again. There is PISS POOR MANAGEMENT in that office but maintenance workers are good, keep them, but get rid of the snotty bitches in the office.
Overall, NOT A BAD SHORT TERM housing option (6 month -1 year) but there are definitely better and more affordable options available in the area (within 1 square mile).
Danielle helped me find an apartment that met my needs within my budget. It was truly hassle free working with her and Danbury. I will be recommending everyone I know looking for a home to Danbury.
I take pride in this community; Saturday while cleaning my windows 1 thing led to another... I noticed some trash left in the hallway and cleaned it up. Next I noticed a disconnected rain gutter and reconnected it. This is my small way of saying thanks to the hard work and inspiration I get from our maintenance team (CRAIG) who cannot be everywhere at all times (though sometimes it seems he is asked to be). I have been here 4 years and take pride in the community
Office staff was (while living there) always well mannered and professional, after i moved out on the other hand, they were INSULTING, RUDE, AND BITCHY (while trying to make payments on my move out expenses) not understanding of personal struggles like changing jobs or getting hours cut at work. When paying rent make sure you GET AND KEEP your receipts they will lose your payment and you will be charged fees up the ASS. If there are arrangements made with the staff get them in writing because they change staff so often and its the only way to enforce the agreements if/when the terms aren't delivered (not location exclusive advice, always keep your recipients and agreements in writing)
Most residents keep to themselves so there isnt any sense of community but thats good if you are reclusive like i am.
Good rental community!
I'm having a hard time reading previous reviews after the wonderful accommodations I got from Danbury's office staff. Danielle is very attentive to tenants needs, and the rest of the ladies are absolutely fantastic, as well as my living conditions at Danbury.
Im not going to recommend this office to anyone.
I've paid rent about $200 a week in the office and it hasn't posted to my account after almost 2 months, accumulating late fees and eviction notices. When I was told the fees would be refunded from July (because the payment was dated for the 7th but didn't process until august) it has been almost 3 months and that has yet to happen.
General maintenance and upkeep isn't too bad but could definitely be improved "controlled access" door has been broke on and off for 8 months before it was finally fixed... for now. On site laundry will eat your change and the washers and dryers are old, grungy and out dated rarely work when you need them to, gotta run everything twice and repairs to them take weeks.
