I purchased a few items from Creative Kitchen and when I got home (Bismarck) I noticed I was missing a couple of items. I called the next day and Lisa, who was very helpful when I was in the store, was just as helpful after the sale. She apologized and sent my two items that were left out immediately! There was a hand written note along with a couple of "extras", which I thought was above and beyond. I will be stopping there next time I'm in Fargo!
I love Creative Kitchen. I love that there is a non chain, locally owned kitchen ware store in this area. They are my first stop for anything I need to cook or bake. I can find what I need, and there is always something new and fun to catch my eye in the store. The staff are friendly and knowledgable.

I really try to buy local, but sometimes the merchants don't deserve it. I bought a Boos cutting board and it warped and cracked. No I didn't put it the dishwasher and yes I kept it oiled. When I want back to Creative Kitchens, their response was "Call the manufacturer". Actually I think Amazon"s service is better.
Shopped at Creative Kitchen for years--always happy with the service and they have every tool I could ever think of using. Just bought Paderno silicone baking mats; they're a more durable and much, much more affordable alternative to Silpats. I would never have known about them had I not gone into the store!
