This was our first, used-car purchase from corwin-toyota. Jason was very professional, polite, very informative and extremely friendly. We were very comfortable working with Jason. He was always in a positive mood throughout. Final negotiations also went smoothly and we end up purchasing a car from the first dealership we were planing to visit that day.
Corwin allowed part of our payment to be charged to our credit card so we would get the rewards. Corwin was able to get the additional options we wanted and install them within a couple days. We hope to do business with Corwin in the future.

I understand that it is busy and they are stressed but they don't need to take it out on their customers. The service person named Lori is the reason I will be taking my leasing needs to Chevrolet. She has been terrible every time I've brought my car in for service.
We had a transmission replaced. Corwin Toyota programmed the ECU to the new transmission. It didn't shift quit right because it may have been the wrong software (ECT) that was loaded. They wanted to charge additional money to diagnose their own technical miscue. It was a only $125 but that's not the point. Fergus Falls Minnesota has a crate Toyota dealership.
