Pushy and wouldn't take no for an answer. Vehicle was falling apart and price online was different when arrived at dealership. In order to "fix" the vehicle they would raise the price. I wasn't at public wholesale, so I'm not sure how this worked. Took for a test drive and were not even half mile down the road and the salesman was already ready to sign paperwork. Got back to the office to check credit and financing options, huge huge mistake. I was there for three or more hours and should have walked out right away. It's all about how many cars these douche bags sell in a year. They DO not care about you or the crappy car they're trying to sell you. Salesmen even took a jab at me being a single mom and questioned "why" I didn't get child support? As if this was any of his business. He had little man syndrome and was a huge prick. I thought they were checking my options and showing them to me, but unbenounced to me they had shook my hand and were making the sale without me knowing. I said a few times I'm not buying the car, I just wanted to check my financing options. Awful experience. Stick to small town dealerships.

If you are going to have anything done here pertaining to brake pad replacement/rotors go elsewhere! For a simple brake pad replacement and two front rotors it was over $700 dollars. If I had known this I would have done this myself. It was $118 per rotor. I could have bought my own for $40-$50 a piece, but of course this was not discussed with me. I wish I was told prior to having to have these changed. Honestly save your money and learn to do it yourself. The only nice thing about this particular experience was I had a recall for my airbag which they went ahead and replaced. I've taken my vehicle here multiple times for oil changes, but this time I feel like I got taken for a ride. I will not take anything here to be fixed if I dont have to.

My Girlfriend and I have been looking at new lease vehicles for awhile and heard about the Jeep Leases this month. Ended up talking with Dylan Clemens. He found everything we were looking for and was very knowledge about the aspects on the vehicle. One of the easiest buys we have made in a long time. Thanks again Dylan and would recommend to family and friends.

Brought in vehicle for tires. Was supposed to receive a call when completed, did not get a call. Job was completed at 4:30. Called Service department at 6:30, was told they had no record of my vehicle being in. Service manager called and said he was looking into it and would call back. Was given a ride to the dealership, went in looking for service manager, he had left for the day. Service writer was gone and not answering personal phone. Was able to resolve issue with a different service writer. Found out my service writer didn't enter my information into the system. I have not received a follow up call on my experience, nor do I expect one. I won't be doing business with the service department again, and have advised family and friends to do the same.

I had an awesome experience, Nick Adamski was amazing! He took me around the lot and we were looking for a Chrysler 300, and we found a nice red one that fit all my needs! He was very knowledgeable and new what he was doing! They were all very nice, but Nick was outstanding!

Changed my review from 2 stars to 1 after they replied to my first review and said that the service manager would be in contact with me. It has been a couple of days and no one has reached out to me about this issue. I would like to talk to them about the absurd cost that I was charged and try to clear things up.
