Dr. Q is the best. He's a very honest doctor, his prices are fair, and he does a great job squeezing my dogs in if we're in a crunch. I once brought one of my dogs in for some weird spots she developed (she had gone in a few months previously with spots and we got meds which cleared it up.) Anyway, it turns out they were just pigment like how people develop sunspots. I said okay, cool and went to the counter to pay. Dr. Q tells me, "That's not worth anything. You don't owe anything." Have you ever gone to a doctor, been told nothing was wrong and NOT gotten a bill? I will never take my dogs anywhere else! The whole team at Diamond Q is just great.
Angela and Crystal are the greatest . From scheduling an appointment to quickly checking in and out , they are professional courteous and kind .
We brought our cat in that was having some trouble breathing and they did absolutely nothing about it, they charged us 145 for not telling us what she had (we thought it was a respiratory infection or some sort of cold). Kept us waiting for 45 minutes with a VERY nervous cat and no kennel. She came back worse than when we brought her in. DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS FOR THEIR HORRIBLE SERVICE
I had brought my dog to them about a year ago only because they could get me in that very day. The next day they did surgery on my dogs ear. They put a drain in it but when I checked it later that evening it wasn't draining from the drain but from around the incision. When I called they said to put a flattened paper clip in the drain tube. At that point I found another vet to take over. It took 3 months of recovery time to fix what they had done. If I could give 0 stars I would. No beside manner from the vet either.
Dr. Q is an amazing doctor . He is always friendly and really cares about the well-being of our baby . He never suggest any unnecessary test or procedure .
We have brought our 2 dogs here for years. Love the small town feel of their vet business. Easy to get into, friendly staff, caring. You can tell Dr Q loves his job and the animals. Very patient with all our questions and seems to have our dogs' best interest at heart.
