Poor customer service. Poor service. Really dissappointed for a franchise to let this happen. Customer service is key for any company! Pizza Hut corporation needs to inform its franchisee owners on how to provide top notch customer service to its employees.
This company is a waste of time. Staying i fargo, don't order pizza hut. We've tried 3 times and forgot our order after an hour and a half. When we called they tried to at a the pizza was GOING to be made in order...they said it would be an additional 40 mins until we even had it started. Bernise h/e you sleep it corporate #7701 said it was completely our fault. Pizza hut sucks majorly! Save time and money. Get wings and pizza else where.
