HORRIBBLE experience with this company. I paid $52 for expedited shipping (one day shipping). I was not told about the 3-5 business days for processing AND it actually took 6 business days to process the item and I was still charged the $52 for "expedited shipping". I was told by a shipping supervisor that I could not get a refund because the item was shipped already.
Fantastic customer service. Ordered a tonneau cover for my son and received such great customer service, decided to order one for myself. The entire experience was fabulous. Everyone I was in contact with was very polite and professional. The product was received 2 days after placing my order, which was astonishing to me. A+ company!
