My husband called for a grooming appointment, but they were all booked up. We decided to try out their self-service wash area and it was great! All the products you would need to wash and pamper the pup! I especially liked the Blueberry Mask, makes the pup smell even better! Will definitely go back again!
Couldn't be happier! They did a great job trimming my Golden Retriever, she looks great. I would highly recommend Muddy Paws! I will definitely bring my dog back.
I asked for a bath and the groomer couldn't do it. She wasn't shaved completely like i asked. I was told to try going to the vet to get her completely shaved. Her whiskers were uneven, her legs were uneven and barely shaved, still had Matted hair, and looked ridiculous. I've taken my cat to 2 previous groomers for the past 5 years and never had this issue before. I was also charged $20 more than they said. I was never once told I could potentially be charged more. I was extremely dissatisfied and I would never return.
Very friendly, helpful and courteous. Did a great job working with my dog who hates his nails trimmed and can be a handful. We also took him back the next day for a trim that had been done poorly previously by two other businesses in Fargo and the trim/cut came out perfect. Would highly recommend Muddy Paws for anyone in need of pet grooming in the FM area. The facility is also very nice and clean.
My dogs love Kayla and the pups look great when they are done! Price is good compared to a couple other places. The only thing I would mention is that it can take a while to fully groom one dog, plan plenty of time! Haven't tried the self bath but the stations look awesome!!
