I was going to be less than 5 minutes late, because I went to the wrong clinic on accident, mind you I would have been early if it was actually at that clinic. Well they went to talk to the doctor and she said she would not take me. I find that ridiculous since every time I've been in a sanford I've had to wait for the doctor for over 30 minutes anyway. I previous was a essentia patient and much preferred then.
Filed my insurance incorrectly and apparently charge twice as much as any other optometrist out of pocket. I didn't find out about the misfiling until it was sent to collections, where it has sat for 2 years because I refuse to pay it because it was not my fault and they said there was nothing they could do about it after many phone calls. I am having to deal with the Sanford financial office to see if I can get the matter sorted and stop dragging down my credit score and blowing up my phone with calls.
The cusomer service when purchasing eyewear was excellent. Thankfully I have had no bad experiences with billing besides them not asking me for a copay and then sending me a bill for it.
