I have never experienced such a guided full body work out with low impact! Tremendous coaching by staff with Safety priority , teaching and support by instructor. At 52, I highly recommend this alternative workout for anyone at any fitness level! Highly impressed! Upon completion big my first try for an hour- I cried with feelings of accomplishment and success!
