Hindsight is 20/20, I guess. I have told numerous people about my poor experience here and will continue to do so. One of the criteria for my future homebuilder is that he/she not work with Floor to Ceiling.
When I built my home in 2012, my builder had me use Floor to Ceiling. It was a terrible experience from beginning to end. The staff was extremely unresponsive and they didn't even have all of the selection samples available in the store. My emails would go unanswered for weeks, but when I called, the person I emailed was available to chat. I waited a month to find out the cost for a countertop upgrade.
Very fast, friendly, excellent quality, professional, good pricing. What more could I ask for? Best of all, they have an address, so don't need to call random contractor.
Had carpet installed last summer and it went well except for the nails that are poking through the carpet. I understand why they are necessary but I feel the installation team should have pounded them down before they finished. I called customer service and was told I should do it myself. That's great. Pay for install, but finish it myself. Very disappointed in the service. Can't recommend as a vendor.
Lou Nagel and her fantastic carpet/flooring installation crew did a terrific job for us this summer. It was a huge flooring replacement job and everything went perfectly. Lou knew exactly what we needed and provided us with expert guidance and advice. The install guys were respectful, efficient, very skilled and cleaned up when they were done. Everything was on time and on budget. We could not be happier with Floor to Ceiling. We have had them do many projects over the years and they are our go-to guys/gals. We highly recommend them.
