Rick and his staff were extremely helpful and professional when handling our taxes. He answered all our questions and responded to emails quickly. We're happy to have a resource to go to throughout the year not just during tax time.
Rick and his staff are great! I think this is our 5th year with them and taxes are usually done the next day.
I wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone. The owner doesn't respond to emails, phone calls, ect. I had to go in just to get answers on a estate tax. They tell you they will have it done by a certain date, but don't expect it to be ready, I had to come back 3 time to sign them. The worst part about it, was the owner was the one doing the estate tax. He continued to drop the ball over and over! I will steer anyone clear of this place!!!!
