While I understand completely, there were no accommodation made and no attempt to rectify the problem even after I was clear on how much pain I was in.
I had a facial today, ask for Betsy she did a fabulous job!! Super relaxing, loved it! Smells really good too, friendly staff!
Availability of several massage therapist so it is fairly easy to accommodate schedules. Updated 11/15/2017 - They have very high turnover. :-( Which makes it frustrating when you find a good therapist to stick with them.
I have had a 2 hour appointment on the books now for almost a month. I got a confirmation call yesterday that I expected, today I was called and told that my therapist was out sick.
Have had issues with managment. But other then that its ok.
I have enjoyed each massage therapist I've had. They can do couples massages. Try to book two weeks out or more, to have first pick of availability.
